About Logan Hale

I attempt to in all things work with the mindset to accomplish tasks as efficiently and productively as possible, while also instituting a culture that elevates team-work and encourages friendship and collaboration. My work and leadership opportunities throughout university and in the community has allowed me the opportunity to strengthen skills of organization, leadership, event planning, tactfulness, people relations, quick thinking, and problem-solving, and I strive to become a little better with each passing day. I can handle with relative ease small teams and large groups in both a leadership role and as a team member. I work very well in collaboration with others, and work hard towards being trusted, well-liked, and hopefully relied upon and respected by those I work with and for. Creative and collaborative community-building efforts are important to me. There is great beauty and strength when each individual is able to work within their area of giftedness to contribute to the whole. I especially like to engage in efforts that support local organizations that are working together for a common goal.
