About Logan Kaim

As an attorney, I provide general legal counsel and support to a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to businesses. I have dealt with a variety of compliance checks/issues concerning internal policies and procedures and made sure standards were being met so that risk(s) were limited. I also am frequently relied upon to resolve a variety of labor & employment matters, as well as addressing general contract drafting or review and collective bargaining negotiations. I leverage my strong background in finance and business, which I acquired from my undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University, with my legal knowledge and interpretation/analysis skills to complete any feasible task I may be asked of in my field of work. I am currently admitted to the Ohio Bar and have a UBE score high enough to practice in any applicable jurisdiction. Additionally, I hold an active attorney status. I have also obtained multiple certifications, such as the LexisNexis Proficiency Certification, that demonstrate my proficiency and competence in legal research and practice. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my legal knowledge and skills to help my clients/employers achieve their goals and resolve their issues.
