About Logan Kohl

Logan is an experienced manager of workforce development programs. He is passionate about creating opportunities for others to thrive in their careers. He currently leads the Cybersecurity Talent Initiative, a two-year fellowship and career launching program, for aspiring public interest technologists.Logan also has experience designing internship programs for federal agencies while leading a nationwide recruitment strategy to attract young people to careers in public service. Additionally, Logan has worked with higher education institutions to increase awareness of public service careers and bridge the gap to federal agencies across the country. Logan has worked with senior executives across the federal government to help them develop talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement efforts, and deliver leadership development programs. His additional experiences include instructional design, asynchronous course development, teaching, and developing communications strategy.
