About Logan Lynch

I’m a Customer Success and operations-focused professional with 9+ years of experience managing performance-driven client portfolios across healthcare, logistics, and multi-state service environments.Throughout my career, I’ve owned full lifecycle account management in high-pressure settings where service quality, SLA adherence, and margin discipline directly impact client retention. I’ve led escalations, stabilized at-risk accounts, improved vendor performance, and partnered cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to ensure consistent value delivery. My background includes global supply coordination at Siemens Healthineers, multi-state portfolio leadership in performance-based contract environments, and experience working within SAP, Salesforce, and other ERP platforms. What I enjoy most is strengthening client relationships, solving operational friction points, and building long-term trust through transparency and accountability.I’m currently seeking a mid-market Customer Success Manager opportunity within a structured, growth-oriented SaaS organization where I can contribute to retention, client health, and scalable customer experience initiatives.Open to remote or hybrid roles.
