I’m a graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, with a degree in Finance and Business Management—and a deep passion for building smarter, more scalable businesses. Currently, I serve as Operations Development Director at First Class HALT, a rapidly growing family-owned automotive service company specializing in Honda, Acura, Lexus, and Toyota. My focus is on process development, automation, and operational alignment across multiple locations. From implementing company-wide systems in Monday.com and Tekmetric, to writing SOPs and building AI-assisted knowledge tools, I help bridge the gap between strategy and execution. I thrive on improving efficiency—whether that means streamlining administrative workflows, automating reporting and communication, or building scalable onboarding systems that make growth sustainable. I believe that the right systems not only save time, but create the structure that empowers people to perform at their best. Previously, I built and led teams from the ground up, helping a marketing and sales agency scale from 0 to 30 agents across six divisions. That experience honed my leadership and project management skills in CRM integration, cross-departmental communication, and data-driven decision-making. Every role I’ve held has deepened my belief in continuous improvement and long-term scalability. I’m driven by solving complex problems, translating ideas into action, and creating operational clarity where there was once chaos.
