With over three years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, I am a skilled and reliable Construction Project Coordinator at RISE, a leading developer and manager of student and conventional housing. I have a bachelor's degree in Office Administration and Technology, and I am a certified Notary Public and Procore user. My mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of multiple multi-family projects, from contract administration to insurance compliance, while delivering the highest customer service to all stakeholders. In my current role, I manage the tracking logs, bonds, and pay requests for several projects, using Procore, Florida Lien Law, Building Permits, AIA, and Sage.
