I am a naturally driven leader who is experienced in working with teams and training young/new employees, and challenging traditions in order to develop new techniques to get tasks done. I invite a good challenge and always look to improve myself and the people that work around me. Experienced in management, Communications, Microsoft Office suite, SOP Development, Training, Lean Manufacturing Philosophy, Security, Customer Service, scheduling, project management, and compliance auditing. Successfully directed the transitionary period for 2 newly acquired moderately sized outdoor retail/residential centers, with 3+ years of experience running security teams in retail, corporate, and manufacturing environment. I have an additional 2 years of leadership experience within the manufacturing industry as a supervisor for the quality department, where I began developing my manufacturing and SOP writing skills, and further developed my innate abilities with communication and leadership. Currently working on acquiring my ASIS APP certification!
