About Logan Parent

As a dedicated student entering my senior year at Utah State University, I am majoring in Communication Studies emphasizing in Organizational Communication with a certificate in Conflict Facilitation and Management. With over three years of hands-on working experience teaching communication skills, I have developed a strong foundation in facilitating meaningful interactions and fostering effective dialogue. Currently, I contribute to curriculum development at the Covey Leadership Center, where I help shape programs that enhance leadership and communication skills. Driven by a passion for creating impactful learning experiences and fostering positive workplace environments, I am committed to advancing my expertise in human resources. I plan to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resources and an MBA to further deepen my knowledge and enhance my ability to support and lead within an ethical organization. My goal is to leverage my academic background and practical experience to contribute to a company that values integrity, innovation, and effective communication. I am enthusiastic about connecting with professionals and organizations that share my commitment to advancing organizational success and creating positive work environments.
