I always knew I wanted to work with animals. My dream jobs as a child included veterinarian, zookeeper, etc. My passion for animals led me to complete an undergraduate degree and graduate degree at the University of Guelph. My time at the University of Guelph and at Hybrid Genetics gave me the opportunity to work with poultry. This has led me to a career in the poultry industry with 4 years of experience now. I have the technical skills and on farm experience due to my various positions at Burnbrae Farms. I enjoy the opportunity in my current role to utilize my scientific background to evaluate on farm programs such as vaccination programs. In my current role I enjoy training new employees and supporting them in continuous education.
