My private practice, Persons Psychology, is based in New York City and helps clients navigate the combination of excitement and exhaustion of living and working in NYC with an increased sense of self-worth, confidence and identity. I combine psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral techniques in my own unique brand of therapy to equip clients with the tools necessary to liberate themselves from their pasts and move forward with hope, excitement, and self-assurance. I take people on the cusp of life and I guide them with compassion and support over the edge toward who they were truly meant to be. In addition to working with clients, I am an educator. I served as an Adjunct and Supervising Psychologist within the City University of New York (CUNY) network at the Baruch College Counseling Center for nearly seven years. While there, I supervised the clinical work of masters and doctoral-level graduates in psychology, overseeing the care of hundreds of patients and teaching the next generation of therapists.
