I have been leading capital program management that specializes in healthcare real estate and facilities. I oversee all aspects of design, development, and construction for our clients, who range from hospitals and health systems to clinics and ambulatory centers. I manage a team of professionals who deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and their patients.My career combines my two of my greatest passions: healthcare and construction. I have more than a decade of experience as a program/project executive and an owner's representative in the healthcare real estate and design & construction space with an excess of 20yrs industry experience. I have successfully managed acquisitions, mergers, new construction, and major renovation projects in multiple states, working closely with leadership teams, design and construction teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. I have extensive skills in operations, leadership development, contract negotiations, marketing, business development, risk mitigation and management, strategic planning, concept design, pre-construction, and client management. I am driven by the mission of creating environments that change lives and impact communities.
