I'm a Business Development Associate at Star Mountain Capital, a specialized investment firm that provides capital and strategic resources to established, growing small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S. I support the firm’s business development efforts, working with family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors to connect them with private credit and secondary strategies designed to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns. In addition to client-facing work, I’m also involved in technology initiatives at the firm, exploring how AI and automation can enhance our sourcing, relationship management, and operational efficiency. My goal is to build long-term relationships and deliver value by connecting investors with high-quality private market opportunities. I’ve developed deep expertise in alternative investments through my time at both Raymond James and Star Mountain, ranging from private equity and credit to other non-traditional asset classes. I pair that with a strong foundation in equity research, financial modeling, as well as both fundamental and technical analysis. I bring that investment-focused mindset into every conversation, whether it's with clients, prospects, or partners.
