About Logan Stronach

I began my career with TD Insurance In June of 2018 as a Legendary Customer Service Advisor selling Home and Auto Insurance in the Western Markets. I consistently met and exceed my goals as an advisor and took on additional responsibilities including helping my colleagues. In December 2020 I moved into the role of Resource Officer where I provided guidance and support to our General Insurance Advice Centre Agents across the Western, Ontario and Atlantic Markets. In February 2025 I moved into my current role as Customer Cares Officer (CCO). As a CCO I handle Level 2 escalations including executive and regulator complaints. I conduct file reviews and advocate on behalf of our clients to resolve and address complex customer service issues. I thrive in this fast paced engaging environment and look forward to continue to excel and grow my skills in this role. I am a philomath whom loves meeting new people. When I'm not working I'm spending time with my spouse Sam and our four daughters Amelia, Ella, Julia & Jessie. I am a kid at heart and love spending time outside on trails, cooking, playing video games and sports, reading fantasy novels and writing poetry. I look forward to connecting with you!
