About Logan Waller

In the midst of a global pandemic, I pivoted from working in the fashion industry to starting a career in healthcare. Safe to say, I've never shied away from a challenge. Fuelled by a strong sense of community, passion for impacting patient and provider experiences (and a lot of caffeine) I am proud to contribute to the complex, constantly evolving healthcare landscape in Northwestern Ontario. I work with C-Suite executives, front-line care providers, and community partners to create and execute communications strategies which support strategic objectives and engage service providers and community stakeholders, all to the benefit of patients and their families.Healthcare can be incredibly confusing, and even scary at times. I specialize in translating medical terminology to English, and putting heart (and humour) into scientific facts. By building strong relationships based in compassion and understanding, I strive to help foster trust between patients, care providers, and the healthcare system.
