About Logan Wells

As a former Division I student-athlete, I bring the same discipline, resilience, and teamwork to the world of ethics and compliance that I did to the field. My career in compliance started unexpectedly—after medically retiring from soccer, I stayed on to support my team in an administrative role. That’s where I discovered compliance, and I haven’t looked back since.Now, I play a key role in Masimo’s global ethics and compliance program, helping to build and implement compliance initiatives from the ground up. I work closely with teams across EU, APAC, MENAT, and LATAM, leading training programs, managing third-party and HCP interaction risk, and developing policies that align with relevant laws and regulations. Since our compliance function is still growing, I have the unique opportunity to shape and develop our program in a way that truly supports the business.What excites me most about this work is the ability to collaborate across departments and make compliance easier and more effective for everyone. Success, to me, is when employees follow policies and procedures because they truly understand them—not because they have to. Whether it’s helping someone navigate a process, seeing our compliance tools being used, or simply having colleagues come to me for guidance, I know I’m making an impact.
