Please contact me at my work email address for a more timely response.** Logan Willis is the Managing Director, Head of Legal Advisory & Board Secretariat at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), one of the world’s largest asset managers with over $700 billion under management. Logan leads CPP Investments’ global Legal Advisory function. He also leads CPP Investments’ Board Secretariat, which provides legal advice and corporate governance support to CPP Investments’ Board of Directors. Logan previously served as Head of Investment Legal, leading CPP Investments’ global team of transaction lawyers covering Canada, the United States, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia-Pacific. Logan is a member of CPP Investments' Portfolio Strategy Committee. He previously served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of CPP Investments, managing strategic matters across CPP Investments’ nine global offices. Prior to his time at CPP Investments, Logan was a Partner at one of Canada's leading law firms, Goodmans LLP. Earlier in his career, he worked on constitutional matters in Sri Lanka and served as legal counsel to Canada’s national newspaper, The Globe and Mail.
