All construction activities, Project Coordination, site related issues, clearances as required by client and contractor, • Finalize the exact scope of work with the customer and decide the modus of execution. • Defining and split of scope between the parties involved in executing the project including Subcontractor etc. • Periodic review of the project with the concerned department. • Periodic review with Client & Consultant for smooth execution of the Projects. • Review detailed schedule in the form of PERT Network in coordination with the concerned department of the organization. • Co-ordination with Consultants & Contractor with sub contractor’s • Expediting supplies from local suppliers as well as imported supplies including liaison in with the third party inspection agency, transporter, customs, custom, clearing agency etc. • Periodic review with the construction contractor for timely completion • Adept in planning, executing and spearheading Engineering projects involving scheduling, contract and construction management, resources planning adapting to modern construction works • Coordination of pre-commissioning & the final commissioning activities with the responsible teams, process licensor, client & contractors for smooth and effective handing over of the projects.
