Head of Culture at NTR: specialized in music and festival, youth- and streetculture. Head of Programme Development department at NTR aimed at cross-platform programming, genre-crossing formats and innovative concepts. Working on digital transformation and strategy, organizing brainstorms/sprint/udt sessions, coaching young talent.I have been working in the Arts & Entertainment industry since 1997, when I got my bachelor degree from the Amsterdam School of Arts. I have always loved music, words and images and I love making things happen. I have worked as copywriter, event producer, interviewer,(web) editor, radio & tv producer, content manager, creative and journalist in the field of the arts - although I started out working in the theatre, I specialized in music and youth culture. Since 2001 I have been working for NPS/NTR broadcasting services. I started as multimedia editor and artist interviewer for 3FM. Over the last decade I have worked for and (co-)created several radioshows on 3FM, and have interviewed hundreds of artists for the radiostation - from Amy Winehouse and Dave Grohl to Iggy Pop, Noel Gallagher, Mumford & Sons, Coldplay, Lady Gaga and many more.I was Editor-in-chief Radio/Online at the NTR Arts and Culture Department until late 2018, when I started as the coordinator of the newly established Integrated Program Development department at NTR aimed at cross-platform programming, genre-crossing formats and innovative concepts.
