About Lois Decaro

Lois DeCaro, a lifelong resident of Whippany, NJ, began her career by investing in Real Estate beginning in the late 1970's. Her fascination with real estate grew over the years and she decided to become a licensed Realtor ®.Lois became a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in the mid-90's. She worked as a referral agent to learn about the industry.She then joined Med Realty, built a team of superior agents, and was awarded the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award multiple times. In 2005 she studied for and obtained a Real Estate Broker's license. Shortly afterwards she opened Lois DeCaro, Realtors ®, LLC, in her hometown of Hanover Township, NJ. Lois then studied for and obtained her Florida broker's license.In 2010, Lois was given the opportunity to merge her NJ brokerage under Coccia Real Estate Group and become office manager/broker of their branch office. In 2012, offered an exciting opportunity, Lois left Coccia Real Estate Group and brought herself and her team to Blue Diamond Realty, a company whose owner is affiliated with the TV show "Million Dollar Listing". The opportunities offered by Blue Diamond were many and it was a great company to work with.
