I have over 50 years of experience in the workforce development field in a wide array of venues. These include project management, program administration, writing and editing, research and development, technical assistance, grant and contract management, audit resolution and field operations. My key professional accomplishments include the following: Conducted and documented hundreds of third party quality reviews of grant deliverables for multiple U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration (DOL/ETA) discretionary grantees Wrote over 60 Models-In-Action case summaries documenting the innovative uses of industry competency models for the DOL/ETA Competency Model Clearinghouse website Co-authored interim and final assessment reports of the American Association of Community College's SEED initiative resulting in continued funding from the Kresge Foundation Led DOL/ETA contractor team to implement the and 2006 Amendments to the Older Americans Act, resulting in the first new federal program regulations since 1995 Developed and maintained partnerships with all 50 states and three jurisdictions to support the implementation of a major DOL/ETA initiative, the Toll-Free Help Line Established the first-ever chartered Indian and Native American Federal Advisory Committee and served as Committee Management Officer
