As a public speaker and holistic health promoter for over 20 years, I've been involved in non-profit endeavors, via the OxyGenesis Institute, as well as entrepreneurship in a variety of forms, including holistic health retreats and cruise conferences, a newsmagazine in the 90s, and a successful private practice as a Holistic Health Coach since 2001. In therapeutic coaching, I see the essential goal as reprogramming our "personal operating systems" for health and success. By eliminating self-sabotage, clients expand their ability to express the powerful being they truly are. I use the most effective techniques available today, including: EFT Tapping, Transformational Breath, Restorative Practices, Reverse Therapy, and delicious nutrition. However the real difference comes from the unconditional acceptance that I give to clients, which they soon learn to give and receive themselves.
