I have the privilege of supporting the emotional and spiritual wellbeing of older people and the family and staff who care for them in residential care homes. I support people of all faiths and none, according to HammondCare's Mission. I love to connect with people with dementia for whom communication may be a challenge, using music, listening, affirming and enabling so that their unique voices can be heard and enjoyed. I lead Chapel services, and Choir and use music pastorally to engage with people and help them connect with each other and God.
