Staff Accountant / Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist Everyone has a talent, and mine is a knack for numbers. Throughout my career in accounting, I have enjoyed analyzing, reporting, and planning based on financial information. Unlike some professionals, I have a long history at a select few organizations, where I have gained skills and built expertise through deep organizational understanding. I started as an accounts payable clerk, grew into an assistant controller, and then became a payroll supervisor and controller. However, position titles do no motivate me. I enjoy analyzing numbers to help teams make critical business decisions and streamline daily operations. As a seasoned accountant, it is probably no surprise to learn that I am also an introvert. Meeting new people can be a limited conversation event. I enjoy solitude because it is the time when I develop creative financial solutions, especially during high-stress situations. My experience, integrity, and business acumen are some of the reasons why leaders seek out my financial opinion. My drive and dedication to accurate accounting practices and bookkeeping are reflected in the financial reports and statements I prepare. The fact that I am a great listener who cares about individuals and understands diverse perspectives is why many of my colleagues consider me trustworthy and a good friend. I truly enjoy engaging in meaningful discussions and learning every person's talent.
