About Lois Marshall

Do you believe that there is a bigger and better purpose to your work life? Something that, while providing an income, can allow you to pour into the lives of others? Are you driven by a deeper need to do something much more meaningful? Do you feel called to help build up others and to make a positive influence on people’s life? Your “dream job” is different from others and how you measure success is too. At the end of the day, you would rather be remembered by the people you helped and the impact you made rather than any recognition you may have earned. Right now, you struggle sometimes with finding real meaning with the work that you do. Your job may be pulling you from having control of your time. If any of this describes you, I want to say welcome! This is exactly why I joined Rodan + Fields. Their premium skin care products are equaled only by the outstanding business opportunity they offer. Let me give you the training and support you need to help you create a business and a life of your dreams that is purpose driven. I have an exciting belief when it comes to this profession and this company… I believe that a network marketing business is a gift. It will push you to try new things, to face some of your fears and give you a daily opportunity to help others, which is truly God honoring. I believe we are all looking for someone to make us better. I believe that we are all looking for community, a group of people who are all trying to build each other up and help each other succeed. I believe excellence is not an accident. We are building a team of like-minded women who want to take their business life in a new direction.
