About Lois Neeley

As the Premier Group Coordinator, I support the growth of the mass affluent customer segment by assisting Premier Bankers while also supporting the continued development of the premier banking program. In this function, I will enhance the overall banking experience, increase customer retention, and drive deposit and revenue growth within this segment. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with customer needs and market trends. My position focus includes segment strategy development, customer insights, product and service development, marketing and communication, performance monitoring, customer experience enhancement, and compliance and risk management. Before taking on this position, I have held serval roles in banking including Teller, Lead Teller, Personal Banker, Consumer Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, and Private Client Associate.
