About Lois Watson

I am a design and trend leader with over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. I started off my career in England as a Designer then quickly grew to managing a team and then on to managing the Creative Direction for Design Group in the Uk. In 2007 I moved my life to the Atlanta design office where I began building a design team that has subsequently made us leaders in the industry. I have managed design accounts for almost all US retailers which have ultimately led to huge sales growth. After many acquisitions I have been leading design teams of over 100 people, all over the USA. In 2013 I took on the leadership of our product development department where we design and innovate new products for all our customers. This led to my experience working with China and India. My passion is to identify white space opportunities and lead design and product development teams to execute product ranges. I am also a process fanatic and will quickly find ways of saving time and budget. One of my personal passions is sustainability, so I now lead this initiative and have successfully placed many new sustainable items in many of our retailers.
