About Lokesh Sharma

Lokesh Sharma received a B.Tech degree in Information Technology (IT) from the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India in 2007. He secured a rank in the entrance and full scholarship while doing his M.Tech from the Jay pee University, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (HP) in 2013. The Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Division of Computer Science, Chang Gung University (CGU), in 2019. The title of the Ph.D. thesis "Energy-Efficient Scheduling Strategies for the Long-Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) Networks". From 2014 to 2019, secured Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) and CGU grants. Since January 2019, he has been involved in the High-Speed networking Laboratory (HSNL) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research center about beyond 4G, 5G terabit wireless communication. Focusing on energy-efficient strategies for scheduling, load-balancing, MIMO, as a Postdoctoral Researcher with CGU. Currently, working in UfiSpace as a Senior R&D Engineer. His main research interests include beyond 5G, millimeter wave, sub-THz, and terahertz systems, MIMO systems, Scheduling, Load-balancing, and data-offloading. He was the recipient of the grant from the MOST, Taiwan in 2017, 2020. He was also a Reviewer for several conferences and journals and the Transactions on Vehicular Technology.
