About Loni Koller

As a professional business woman, my work experience has taken me in several directions. I fell into telecommunications by accident when I went to work at CoBank as a Telecom. Mgr. I found myself loving technology which started me on road towards a possible path as an Engineer. After working for the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (DOE) as a Telecom. Engr, I discovered that I was also really good at sales. I used my background in telecommunications and started my new sales career with Anixter. Due to my quick success as an Acct. Exec, I was promoted to Wide Area Network Marketing Mgr. for the Western Region. This took my background in voice and added both cable networking and data communications. I was quite at home in this new position and did very well. I decided to make a big push in sales and went to work for Lucent Tech. My years at Lucent and eventually Avaya were so much fun, I still remember that time fondly. Working on some of the biggest national and international accounts, I thrived! I was able to leverage not only my experience but my relationships with these large business to become a Principal at American Management Systems. My husband asked me to join his new business called Realty Resource. My emphasis was to bring in large businesses. He also asked me to help start a new print and graphic arts division. I used my marketing knowledge to create promotional materials and marketing programs that would appeal to Real Estate agents. In 2010, we merged with Unique Litho due to like business values and principals. I continue in a dual role in sales and marketing. Key marketing areas that Unique Litho was not interested in promoting: marketing consultation, logo design, website design and anything marketing outside print and mailing, the new and improved Koller Marketing Group was formed. We help any small and medium businesses with their marketing needs but not at the big dollars big marketing companies charge.
