About Lonney Olson

Long ago I realized that there is a tremendous amount of waste, neglect, naiveté, and destruction in the lives that many of us tend to lead. I have been as guilty as the as anyone. Upon realizing this unfortunate tendency; I set out to change MY ways for the better. I discovered there are many options to live more considerately. First I worked on disciplining myself and doing a little extra work. Then I started looking at some of the amazing stuff the human race can invent and do. Some areas that really caught my attention were the renewable energy and energy efficiency arenas. This was a great opportunity to reduce my footprint, feed my inner geek in researching all of the tech involved in renewables, building science, diagnostic testing, management systems, advanced envelope's etc, earn a living for my family, walk the walk, and talk the talk with others that share interests. Fast forward and I have been fortunate to work in some of the greatest fields and with some of the brightest individuals. The level of fulfillment is profound and it has become an addiction in getting the word out on what I'm certain is the next phase of the human experience. I truly am excited and look forward to what comes next. Best, Lonney
