Experienced in design, execution, and statistical analysis of quantitative & qualitative research projects. Skilled user of SPSS & SAS for statistical analysis such as ANOVA, Regression, SEM, time series & factor analysis. Knowledgeable in Querying Databases and using Data Analytics tools: SQL, SSRS, SAP BusinessObjects BI, Power BI, ArcGIS, and Google Anlytics. Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, and exceptional at delivering professional presentations and writing professional reports and written communications. Expert with SurveyMonkey and MS Office. As a Research Analyst IV for the Social Services Agency (SSA) I use the data I collect or extract from databases to establish facts and draw valid conclusions in order to evaluate SSA programs and services and then deliver outcomes through written reports and professional presentations. I have been responsible for facilitating, proposing, planning, conducting, and presenting research and data analysis for various complex research projects. And, as an Adjunct Professor, I teach statistics and research methods to psychology students at OCC. I took a leadership role in my 3 years as Research Assistant at MSF supervising the operations of their research project, Discovery project. I conducted my own original research for my Master’s thesis at CSULB. All this means I excel at working in various roles whether it be an investigative role, a leadership role, or a teaching role. In these roles I've been immersed in the details of data collection, complex statistical analysis, reporting, and presentation of research using spreadsheets, databases, visualization, and up-to-date statistical analysis software. Moreover, these projects involved designing effective survey instruments, manipulating data, leading a team and developing webpages. Using my abilities to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, a quality needed for complex reports in a clear and compelling manner for technical and non-technical audiences.
