I believe "outside the box" is where the most interesting things happen. Among the early writer/producer/on-camera talents for Discovery's Shark Week, I became one of the first women to dive with Great White Sharks. While running a film sales company in London, I acquired and invested in feature films and television in return for international sales rights. I negotiated with buyers and sellers from countries around the globe. I set up location shoots and sales office in over 25 countries including all the major international markets and festivals (MIPTV, MIP-COM, Cannes Film Festival, American Film Market, etc.) I was a film buyer for Sam Goldwyn and travelled the world watching over 1500 films a year acquiring content for distribution at international film festivals and markets. I've spent most of my adult life living overseas so I've learned to be open to new people and ideas. I'm always learning! I've lived in England, Greece, Costa Rica, and Sweden and traveled widely, mostly for work. I am a mentor who encourages independence and creativity. And, I am fearless when it comes to new challenges!
