About Lora Grady

As a Program Specialist at Elevo, I am dedicated to developing and designing curriculum that enriches the well-being of students at school. My background in education and professional development spans various age groups and integrates technology, art, and STEM to enhance student outcomes. I am passionate about creating engaging lessons and resources that reflect Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles, the power of play, and a holistic, whole-child approach. I am committed to trauma-informed teaching, culturally responsive teaching, and restorative practices, always striving to amplify student voice and choice. In my role, I write arts and stem-focused curricula informed by California State Standards, develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions, gather and implement feedback for continuous improvement, and emphasize the integration of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) following the CASEL framework in developmentally appropriate ways. I believe that strong relationships are the cornerstone of effective education, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Through close collaboration with the leadership team, I design and implement high-quality content and training models. I continuously seek ways to improve and contribute to transformative learning experiences that empower both educators and students.
