About Lora Poncel
Diplômée d’une école d’ingénieur chimiste en 2010 et après plusieurs années d’expérience professionnelle, j’ai voulu faire plus de place à ma passion : la cuisine. Pour y arriver, j’ai pris l’initiative de passer mon CAP cuisine en candidat libre en 2016 afin de m’ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives. A la suite de mon stage pour valider cette année de spécialisation, j'ai pris le poste de Chef de Projet Industrialisation chez Foodchéri qui me permet de travailler sur les problématiques de transfert des recettes de la cuisine R&D à la Production.
