About Lora Price

I offer my experience in landscape design, native plants and organic and sustainable landscape practices to listen to and work with you to create a beautiful year-round garden that reflects your desires and expands your daily living outdoors. Whether it be to bring more wildlife into your yard, create a place of sanctuary, a place for entertaining, to reduce water use and maintenance, grow your own food, provide for children or pets to play, or all of the above; I will guide the process from vision through construction, or coach do-it yourselfers! I love working with housing, school, church, and nonprofit communities to create permaculture and community food gardens, by providing my planning, design, grant writing and project management expertise. I am available to present classes and workshops on an array of natural gardening and sustainable landscape practices. I teach courses for Metro, East Multnomah Soil and Water Consevation District and also freelance.
