I am a qualified international corporate lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with a focus on intellectual property, specifically in procurement (supply) agreements for software, telecoms, hardware and IT services. My roles so far involve a wide variety of legal work within the procurement organization: negotiating complex software licensing agreements, resolving disputes with vendors, carrying out risk assessments on contracts for software, hardware, telecom and IT services. My native language is Bulgarian. My written English skills are of the highest level (equivalent to UK or US based lawyers). In addition, I have a working level knowledge both German and Russian. After completing my legal qualifications in I specialized in mediation obtaining four post graduate qualifications from the Bulgarian Bar. I enjoy my current role as it gives me an interesting blend of legal drafting, stakeholder management, negotiation and mentoring procurement category managers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
