About Loralee Choate

Since 2013 Loralee has co-chaired the morning show for the area's top hot AC radio station on KBLQ 92.9 for Cache Valley Media Group in Logan, Utah. Previously she worked as a professional blogger and started partnering with brands in 2005. Throughout her years online she has formed a large and active online community, was an early adapter of Twitter while in beta, Youtube, and Facebook, and been a speaker at several national blogging conferences like BlogHer, Mom 2.0, and The Creative Connection Event, lectured and given workshops on social media and blogging, worked on major social media campaigns and events with brands like BlogHer, McDonald’s USA, The Gap, GE, Coke USA, Master Card and Universal Studios. Loralee has been featured on local and national media like the New York Times, KSL, UPR, National Talk Radio, Desert News, Salt Lake Tribune, and Parents Magazine. Through her work as a social media influencer, she has also had some unique experiences like being a spokesperson for ChemDry, filming with The Pioneer Women at her ranch, interviewing Steve Carell, and Julie Andrews, and going to The White House by personal invitation. Loralee also spent 3.5 years as Director of Internet Operations for the popular magazine Where Women Create and Where Women Cook where she created and optimized websites and blogs and managed various social media accounts. Loralee completed her life dream of obtaining her BS in Integrated studies, music, and communications from Utah State University in 2023. She is also a classically trained opera singer and actress who is well-versed in tromping around on stage in corsets and playing men, witches, nuns, evil stepmothers, and women of ill repute.
