About Loran Easter

I have had training and trained in the following areas: Strategies, Processes, Principles of Career Development, Socio-technical Design, Occupational Perspectives, Training Program Development, Productive Work Teams, Accelerated Training, Learning Trends and Issues in Train/Development, Work Performance Technology, Instructional Technology, Training Systems Management, Personality & Career Matching Assessment, Transferable Skills Assessment, and Work Values Inventory by use of the CDM Revised (Career Decision-Making® System Revised), SDS (Self-Directed Search), training the trainer and Microsoft office products. I am a member of ASTD, Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society, and was a member of ISPI. I have designed and implemented new curriculum for the state of Virginia utilizing UBD, EBD and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). I certified as a trainer/instructor for the Army in different MOS’S and I have received awards for leadership and meritorious service with the Army/Army Reserve and National Guard. I have operated computers, smartboards, overheads, Sams, projectors, copiers, printers, scanners, forklifts, trucks, and automated pickers.
