Research and development specialist in (advanced) water treatment technologies with experience in both academic and industrial settings. Currently driving diverse technology development projects associated with smart integrated treatment solutions for the water industry. Prior works- Development and testing of innovative compact separation solutions for water treatment issues associated with oil and gas production- Researcher/lecturer in water supply engineering, specialising in biological stability in water treatment/distribution systems and organic/biological fouling in membrane filtration systems (MF, UF, NF and RO); mentored/supervised MSc and PhD) research projects and co-authored project proposals to acquire external research funding- PhD thesis project on understanding and mitigating operational problems in membrane-based desalination and pretreatment technologies during algal bloom (red tide) events- Published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals and international conference proceedings.
