Most recently, I was contracted to represent a boutique townhome community where I managed a structured prospect pipeline using Salesforce CRM and delivered a polished on-site customer experience aligned with builder standards.In addition to direct builder roles, I operate my own brokerage providing consultative residential sales services. This has strengthened my ability to understand buyer lifestyle needs, manage complex transactions, and maintain strong relationships with clients, Realtors, and construction professionals. Additionally, serving as General Contractor on three personal home builds has provided me with practical construction knowledge that enhances credibility and confidence with buyers.
