With a distinguished career as a leader in the U.S. Army, I have built and led high-performing global teams in complex, fast-paced environments, driving large-scale initiatives across intelligence, operations, and technology programs. Most recently, as Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, I directed intelligence operations for a globally dispersed enterprise, leading 500 personnel and leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and innovative technology to enhance decision-making. In this role, I spearheaded technology transformation initiatives and built global intelligence-sharing frameworks with NATO partners to enhance data access and collaboration. Previously, as Brigade Commander, I led a 1,500-member team responsible for military intelligence training. I led several large-scale transformations including infrastructure modernization, program assessment redesign, and the introduction of pioneering programs that improved both cost efficiencies and outcomes. Earlier in my career, I served as Chief of Staff for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), where I set strategic priorities, drove operational excellence, and led enterprise-wide digital transformation.
