About Lorena Alleri

Hi! My name is Lorena and I am a People & Culture Specialist with almost 2 years of hands-on experience.I bring a dynamic perspective shaped by my roles at UniCredit and Stone Island. My journey in Human Resources has provided me with insights into two diverse yet equally impactful environments. In my role as a P&C Specialist, my goal is to build connections and to improve collaboration. My passion lies in being in contact with people — understanding their needs, fostering growth, and creating environments where individuals can thrive! Outside of work, you can find me working on graphic design projects, watching fashion shows, playing the guitar, and exploring new places. These interests aren't just personal hobbies: they shape how I think and approach both work and life, adding creativity and versatility to the mix.Let's connect and explore opportunities for collaboration!
