About Lorena Alonso

I believe great companies are built by great people and the right HR strategy can unlock exponential growth. I am a bilingual Talent and Culture leader with a strategic vision for transforming HR into a key business driver. As an active SHRM member, I partner with leadership teams to align human capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. My passion for artificial intelligence has transformed how I approach talent management. I've successfully implemented AI-powered recruitment solutions that increased hiring efficiency by 40% and significantly reduced costs. I specialize in deploying AI-driven talent selection models that elevate candidate quality, shorten time-to-hire, and uphold high technical standards across various industries. I believe organizational culture is not just a pillar, but the engine of long-term success. I specialize in aligning leadership vision with employee values, both top-down and bottom-up, to build cohesive, engaged, and purpose-driven teams. I have extensive experience in startup environments, where I’ve built end-to-end talent frameworks that support fast scaling without compromising authenticity or employee engagement. These foundations ensure long-term sustainability and a strong cultural identity from day one.
