Join Intesa Sanpaolo in December 2017. Previously i have worked within Banca Popolare di Vicenza Group managing strategic initiatives of the Business Plan: firstly focused on AIRB Program and then on Corporate Development (i.e. joint-stock company transformation,…) and Businessi initiatives. Previously, Consultant at Accenture Management Consulting. Strong experience in the Financial Services & Banking Industry, where I worked as functional analyst and consultant, having been involved in several projects. Main Project- Basel Credit Risk: definition and implementation of changes in order to cover correctly the Basel requirements (Regulatory Capital and RWA calculations)- Common Reporting (COREP): definition and implementation of changes in the regulatory reporting required by the OeNB regarding COREP guidelines - Risk Engine Design : selection and implementation of a credit risk rule engine - IRB – Basel II: program, aiming to adopt the Internal Rating Based (IRB) methodologies - MIFID: program aiming to address the measure taken in response to the highlights of the public authority responsible for regulating the Italian securities market (Consob).
