About Lorena Espada

Senior Corporate Real Estate professional with extensive experience supporting FM operations in EMEA, and Global delivery of international strategic real estate and workplace programs including global portfolio management, optimization and consolidation; integrated workplace design; workplace technology implementations; and Workplace and FM Services contract negotiation & management. I´ve held several international FM positions with responsibility in multiple countries and managing annual budgets over 100M€, achieving large savings and high internal client satisfaction. Diplomatic negotiator and problem solver with strong leadership, program management and interpersonal skills. During the period 2019-2021, I was Chair of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Spanish Chapter and have also held a position as Director of IFMA´s Global Board on a 3-year term, from July 2022 to June 2025.
