Highly skilled and accomplished bilingual (English and Spanish) mental health and addictions therapist with 11+ years experience as a licensed therapist, 3 years experience as an addictions supervisor, and 20+ years experience in the mental healthcare field (in various capacities). I am a certified 100 and 200 hour meditation teacher, certified kundalini yoga instructor and 200 hour multi-style yoga teacher with Yogamu Institute. I am also currently working on a 300 hour yoga instructor certification and a hour Ayurvedic medicine certification with Yogamu Institute. I hold certifications as a fitness personal trainer, corrective movement specialist, and fitness nutrition specialist with American Council on Exercise (ACE).
