I am a dedicated and passionate Management student at Arizona State University, currently in my final year. With a profound willingness to learn, I've seized numerous opportunities, including my current role as a Transfer Service Specialist at a community college. In this capacity, I manage incoming student data, facilitate the transfer process, collaborate with various departments, and ensure departmental goals are met daily. Previously, I interned as a Human Resource Screening Manager, where I engaged directly with potential candidates for internships. Leading a team of interns, I provided guidance, training, and spearheaded process improvements within the department. Outside of work and academics, I have a deep passion for reading and utilizing my creativity to solve problems. I find joy in hearing people’s stories and thrive on creating teams where we all excel together. I pursue business as an avenue to make meaningful change and impact others' lives positively. Now seeking a role to further refine my skills and broaden my professional expertise, I am eager to contribute positively to an organization that values growth, innovation, and making a difference in the world.
