About Lorena Matheus

Passionate both at work and in life, I never settle for "doing my job." I'm always eager to take that next step to make my team stronger, my company more successful, and my role one of excellence. With over 8 years of experience as an English teacher, I decided to take on foreign trade as a life project. I quickly learned Italian in just three months, studied import-export procedures on the go, and successfully negotiated with major retail chains in Brazil and suppliers in Italy. These experiences put my skills to the test, and I'm proud to say that I rose to the challenge.I take great pride in being clear-minded, which helps me focus on the end result even during stressful times. My communication skills are also strong, and I believe that clear communication is crucial in business. Additionally, my empathetic nature allows me to consider problems from all stakeholders' perspectives when finding solutions. Finally, my strong organizational skills help me and my teammates be more efficient and complete everyday tasks in a timely manner. My goal is always to approach life with passion and make every challenge, job, or task worth fighting for!
