About Lorena Messore

I have a passion for Professional Services, mentoring teams, contributing to an organizations growth, troubleshooting and the successful delivery of projects. With over 25 years of experience in professional services management within IT, I have worked in over 13 countries building and leading teams and implementing software solutions primarily in the distribution, logistics, health care, utilities, retail, public sector and supply chain management arenas. I have personally managed teams from as little as 5 to over 120 and projects from 100K to over 60 million dollars. I have developed life cycles and methodologies as they apply to both project implementations (including SaaS) and designing business analysis. In addition, I have also gained experience with FSCO, Insurers and legal representatives on accident benefits and SABS. As a senior project manager, I was instrumental in successfully implementing into production the first Canadian SAS Fraud Framework initiative for a health care entity, on time and within budget. Primary software implementation experience: Microsoft Framework, Delfour Suite, Tecsys Suite, Retalix Suite, PowerPlan, Oracle, SAP, SAS, Cognos, Unix and PC Law. My goal is to secure a full-time opportunity where my leadership and management experience will prove profitable to an organization. My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and become a valuable contributor. I plan on enhancing my skills and continuing my involvement in (related) professional associations.
