management of a portfolio of shares held by the fund in over 200 listed and unlisted Romanian companies, including the registration of operations such as stock exchange transactions, transfers of unlisted shares, capital increases/reductions, mergers, divisions, correspondence with the issuers in order to promptly collect the dividends, ensuring the relationship with the independent registers, Stock Exchange, ASF, custodian banks, brokers- auditing the fund at the end of the year in order to obtain the tax residency certificate to avoid double taxation - issuance of periodic reports on the structure of the group requested by the National Bank of Romania (the group being the majority shareholder in Libra Internet Bank)- checking the agreement of the transaction documents (transaction confirmations/trade tickets) with the terms of the transactions agreed electronically/by phone by the front office and the counterparty, ensuring reconciliation with third parties for transaction settlement - monitoring the fund's transaction history - record of internet purchases (webistes, domains)- record of land purchases
