I have over nine years of experience in organizational development, employee training, and systems analysis, working with various stakeholders and teams across the healthcare sector. I am passionate about continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and professional development. I have earned multiple certifications from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, including DEI in the Workplace, Leading in Project Management, and Building a Culture of Continuous Improvement. I also leverage my bilingual skills in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and facilitate learning and collaboration.
